KupBilet.pl is a Polish company that has been cooperating with the largest organizers of cultural and sports events for years. It provides a variety of services: production and distribution of tickets via the Internet and a network of sales points, information services for ticket buyers, promotion of events and rental of devices for electronic access control to facilities.
The client reported problems with controlling the equipment rented to check tickets and difficulties in installing and updating the company’s dedicated application. He also needed a tool that would support the process of providing effective and remote assistance to users.
The Proget solution
Thanks to Proget, the client gained detailed insight into the operation and status of devices implemented in the system. Limiting unnecessary applications and allowing the installation of only business-related applications allowed to regain control over the rented devices. Moreover, it ensured that the equipment was used in accordance with its intended purpose.

Moreover, the remote desktop function allowed the client to independently monitor the correct operation of devices and applications.
