Acting in line with this value, we present the recently launched Technical Support Portal for users of the Proget system. The website provides access to an extensive knowledge base, allows you to create and track reports, and exchange knowledge and experiences within the community.

What awaits you on the new Support Portal?

This is an extensive resource of information that complements and extends our Technical Documentation. It covers both theoretical foundations and practical examples of using the Proget system, with detailed step-by-step instructions and procedures.

This is the place where you can create service requests and submit an idea for a new functionality. From now on, you will also be able to track their status and history in an organized form from your account. The current e-mail notification procedure will remain in place.

The forum is a place created for cooperation and exchange of experiences between system users. Here, our experts, engineers and developers will also answer your questions and share their practical knowledge of the use and operation of the Proget system.

How can you use the Portal?

If you have active Proget technical support, you can register on the Support Portal. Select “New User” and use your administrator’s corporate email address to register.

If you don’t use the Proget system yet, sign up for its free, 30-day trial version. Once confirmed, you will receive an automatic invitation to the Support Portal, valid throughout the testing period.
