Proget respects the privacy rights of users visiting the website www.proget.pl (hereinafter: “the Website”). If you want to find out how your data is processed, please read our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the rules for the use of cookies and other similar technologies and the rules for the processing of personal data collected by Proget when you use the Website.
We understand that we are responsible for protecting the data entrusted to us by users. We take security issues very seriously. That is why we try to protect the www.progetsoftware.com website against unauthorized access and we check our methods of collecting, storing and processing information. We use for example firewall, server security devices, encryption devices and physical security measures. We provide access to data only to those employees and entities who need access to them in order to process them only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
According to art. 13 § 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1), we would like to inform you:

Data processing in connection with the use of the Website
When the user uses the Website, the Administrator collects his data to the extent necessary to provide the services offered and information about the user’s activity on the Website, including device IP, location data, Internet ID and information collected via cookies and other similar technologies. Our servers automatically save data such as: page requests sent by the user, date and time of the request, device data (e.g., hardware model), browser type, browser language, type of operating system, IP address and cookies.
IP address – each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number – an IP address. On its basis, it is possible, for example, to identify the country from which a given user connects to the network.
Cookie files (so-called: cookies) – small text files sent by the Website visited by the Internet user to the Internet user’s device (computer, smartphone, etc.).
The data provided as part of the Community User registration form is processed in order to enable secure access to the Community (logging in, reminders, password changes) and for Proget specialists to contact the user in connection with the use of the Community and Proget Software, in accordance with the Community regulations. The data provided will be processed until the user’s account is deleted from the Community.
We analyze the collected data using third-party solutions. We currently use Google Analytics. This tool is based on cookies but does not provide personally identifiable information. Please read the details of the Google Analytics privacy policy.
The second method of collecting data by Proget is information provided independently by the user – we ask users using contact and register forms to provide personal data.
The Administrator will not make any automated decisions regarding you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
The Administrator constantly analyzes the risk to ensure that personal data is processed by him in a secure manner, ensuring that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent that it is necessary due to the functions performed by them. The Administrator takes all necessary actions to ensure the guarantee of its subcontractors and other cooperating entities as to the use of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data at the request of the Administrator.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract, present a commercial offer, gain access to the software, community and use the functionalities.
We declare that the use of the Proget SMTP application and the transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the limited use requirements.
Purposes and legal notices of data processing on the Website
Your data is processed in order to:
- test our software based on your agree (based on art 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR);
- provide access to the Website (based on art. 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR);
- creating an account in the Proget system and on our websites (partner portal, notification service, Proget Support Portal, community where the data is used for logging in: your e-mail address, name, surname, nickname, country, avatar, gamification);
- conclusion of a partnership agreement based on your interest in our offer (the basis of art. 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR);
- performance of a contract we have concluded with you or to take an action at your request before concluding a contract (the basis of art. 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR);
- performance of obligations arising from legal provisions (based on art. 6 (1) letter c of the GDPR);
- analytics (selection of services to the needs of our customers, optimization of our products based also on your comments about them and your interest, optimization of service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales processes (including complaints) legally carried out by a Proget with justified reasons (basis of art. 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR);
- evidence (archival purposes) which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in providing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of art. 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR);
- possible determination, investigation or defense against claims that are the implementation of our legitimate interest (basis of art. 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR);
- customer satisfaction survey, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our services and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (the basis of art. 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR);
- in order to offer directly (direct marketing) products and services of companies cooperating with us (our partners), e.g. in the form of discount coupons which is a legally justified implementation of our and our partners’ interests (basis art. 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR).
Data processing period
- Your personal data resulting from the conclusion of contracts with us will be processed for the period in which claims related to this contract may arise, for example: for X + 1 years from the end of the year in which the contract expired, of which X years is the longest possible limitation period claims, an additional year is provided for last-minute claims and delivery issues, and year-end counting is used to determine a single data deletion date for contracts ending in that year.
- Data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services may be processed until you object to their processing for this purpose or until you find that they have become outdated.
User permissions
- You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time. We will stop processing your data, unless we demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for our data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to determine, investigate or defend. claims.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing data for this purpose.
- In accordance with the GDPR, in addition to the above, you have the following rights:

Data recipients
Our subcontractors (processing entities) may also have access to your data, e.g. accounting, legal, IT companies, claims adjusters, marketing agencies, including developers of software for handling applications and the recruitment process, sales support, companies providing hosting services for us in cloud computing, providing us with online marketing systems.
Our suppliers are mainly based in Poland. Some of our suppliers are based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of your data outside the EEA, we have made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (EU) or participation in the “Privacy Shield” program established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016 on the adequacy of protection provided by the Privacy Shield EU-US. We do not cooperate with entities that do not guarantee proper protection of personal data, in particular with entities from the EEA that do not meet the requirements of the GDPR and Proget’s privacy policy.

Cookies collect data that by themselves doesn’t allow for the identification of a person, only when its combined with other unique identifiers or other information they allow for the identification of that person and then may constitute personal data.
We process data from cookies to:
- make it easier for users to use the Website – cookies recognize the user’s device and properly display the website, tailored to their individual needs;
- create anonymous website statistics – we can better understand the expectations of our users and develop the website to make it even more friendly.
