A dedicated service for customers expecting technical support for the Proget system, available 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the package, we offer direct telephone access to dedicated engineers in SLA mode to ensure immediate response and handling of requests. The offer includes cyclical training on new developments in the system and implementing new employees who will administer the solution on the client’s side.
- The service requires signing a one-year contract.
