The challenge – eliminating manual processes and downtime
KAEM is Poland’s largest distributor and manufacturer of renovation and construction products, offering over 2,000 items. The company owns well-known brands such as HARDY, SCLEY, GRÖNE, and KUSSNER. It supplies its products not only throughout the country, but also to over 30 foreign markets.
KAEM faced the need to improve the management of terminals and tablets used in everyday warehouse operations. The diverse fleet of devices, mostly shared among multiple users, required a solution that enabled remote monitoring of equipment and enforcement of security policies. The company also needed to eliminate the manual application update process, which caused operational downtime and overly engaged IT resources.
Check out the Proget solution for production.
The solution – Proget system
After implementation, the Proget MDM system organized and streamlined mobile device management at the customer’s site. The IT department gained the ability to check device status from a single location remotely. It also defined appropriate security policies for them, and the imposition of Kiosk mode enabled full adaptation of the equipment to the specific nature of warehouse work.
The Proget solution also provided mechanisms for bulk distribution and application updates. This allowed the company to keep the entire fleet of devices running the latest versions of business software without involving operational staff and the IT team in time-consuming manual tasks.

- Fully remote monitoring of company equipment used in logistics processes.
