The challenge – remote management of sales representatives’ devices
Can Agri is a Polish company supplying the agricultural, pet, equestrian, and hobby farming markets with animal husbandry products, fencing, and accessories for more than 20 years.
Our client’s sales representatives use various Samsung and Apple mobile devices to support field operations and facilitate quick access to business resources. The company needed a solution to enable comprehensive, fully remote management of these devices – ensuring efficient configuration, distribution of apps and files, and deletion of company data when a device changes user.
The solution – Proget system
Once implemented, the system allowed Can Agri company to manage field workers’ devices remotely. Administrators gained the ability to easily upload software to them and configure them according to the company’s needs. With Proget, sales representatives securely have a set of necessary applications, documents, and business contacts.
A remote support function provides users with immediate technical assistance in case of problems. When a device changes user, administrators use Proget to remotely lock the hardware and wipe sensitive information from it, speeding up the takeover of the device and further protecting business data.
